1. part9. in what way does your media product use, develop or challenge the forms and conventions of real media products?

this is a screen grab of our interior set, it is dimly lit like in a real horror movie, we are using candles to get a flickering light effect. the candle light is illuminating his face giving an eiree feeling to the shot and scene. this shot conforms to conventions of real media products as it is just like a horror movie, like the orphanage.
this shot also shows the name of one of our actors, alabama jackson. which movies do with a white text on a black background, typical of the horror/thriller genre.
